Project overview

As part of a strategic network infrastructure transformation program, our client is launching a vast project to renew and modernize its equipment.

We are looking for a Network Deployment Project Manager to lead the deployment of nearly 35,000 network devices nationwide and ensure the operational success of this major transformation.

You will work in a demanding environment, involving numerous internal and external stakeholders, with strong stakes in service quality, deadline management, and multi-site coordination.

You have solid experience in infrastructure or network project management and successful experience in managing large-scale multi-site deployments.

• Organize and coordinate the various deployment phases of the program;
• Build and maintain the overall project schedule;
• Ensure compliance with cost, quality, and deadline objectives;
• Monitor performance indicators and project milestones;
• Ensure the proper execution of operations across the entire national scope.
• Manage service providers responsible for field deployments;
• Coordinate technical teams, site managers, and project stakeholders;
• Arbitrate priorities and facilitate decision-making.
• Identify project risks and implement associated action plans;
• Anticipate blocking points and propose appropriate solutions;
• Escalate critical issues when necessary;
• Monitor corrective actions until their resolution.
• Prepare and lead steering committees and progress meetings;
• Produce dashboards and monitoring indicators;
• Regularly communicate project progress to operational teams and management;
• Ensure reliable reporting of alerts, risks, and necessary arbitration.
• Ensure the conformity of interventions carried out;
• Control deliverables produced by service providers;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of deployment processes.
