Project overview

You will guide the Public Space team of the municipality of Goor through an organizational change.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing the current team structure and work processes
• Advising the team leader and management on a future-proof team
• Supporting the temporary support structure so that ongoing work continues
• Identifying resistance and guiding employees in new ways of working
• Stimulating integrated working on management, maintenance, and investment issues
• Preparing proposals for changes in tasks, roles, and responsibilities
• Developing scenarios with the financial and employment condition consequences
• Preparing notes for decision-making by management and coordination with the works council
• Acting as a sparring partner for the team leader and jointly developing the implementation plan
• Completed education at least at HBO-bachelor or WO level
• At least 3 years of work experience, gained in the last 5 years, as a pioneer, program manager, change manager, or manager/team leader at a municipality
• Work experience gained within the physical domain
• Knowledge of and experience with change management and organizational development
• Management experience within a municipal organization
• Available for an average of 20 to 24 hours per week
• Insight into municipal organizations and administrative decision-making processes
• Experience with organizational analysis, restructuring, change processes, and employee guidance
• Experience in team development and organizational change
