Profile of the suited interim professional:

Analyzing the current team structure and work processes
Advising the team leader and management on a future-proof team
Supporting the temporary support structure so that ongoing work continues
Identifying resistance and guiding employees in new ways of working
Stimulating integrated working on management, maintenance, and investment issues
Preparing proposals for changes in tasks, roles, and responsibilities
Developing scenarios with the financial and employment condition consequences
Preparing notes for decision-making by management and coordination with the works council
Acting as a sparring partner for the team leader and jointly developing the implementation plan
Completed education at least at HBO-bachelor or WO level
At least 3 years of work experience, gained in the last 5 years, as a pioneer, program manager, change manager, or manager/team leader at a municipality
Work experience gained within the physical domain
Knowledge of and experience with change management and organizational development
Management experience within a municipal organization
Available for an average of 20 to 24 hours per week
Insight into municipal organizations and administrative decision-making processes
Experience with organizational analysis, restructuring, change processes, and employee guidance
Experience in team development and organizational change
