Are you ready to grow your career in project and programme management within a global technology environment? We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to support a portfolio of large‑scale transformation initiatives that enable core business and technology operations worldwide.

This role combines financial tracking, procurement coordination, workforce management, and programme reporting, working closely with stakeholders across finance, resourcing, and delivery teams to ensure data quality and alignment across all programmes.

• Support procurement processes — raise, track, and reconcile spend requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Manage resourcing requests and track headcount demand versus budget.
• Track programme spend against approved budgets, monitor actuals and forecasts, and provide accurate financial reports.
• Monitor and report workforce utilisation and capacity across programmes.
• Maintain accurate and timely data in PMO tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Clarity or equivalent).
• Assist in preparing status reports and executive dashboards summarising programme health and progress.
• Partner with teams across procurement, finance, HR, and technology delivery to ensure smooth coordination and data accuracy.
• Experience in a PMO support role within a large or global organisation.
• Familiarity with procurement and workforce management processes.
• Demonstrated experience in tracking project and programme financials and producing accurate forecasts.
• Strong data management and analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and PMO tools (e.g. Clarity or similar systems).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions.
• Background in Technology or Financial Services environments is an advantage.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Proactive in problem‑solving and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Strong collaborator with a positive, delivery‑focused mindset.
• Analytical and structured, capable of working across multiple projects simultaneously.
