PMO Budgetary - KYC Project Management - M/F

Project overview

We are looking for a budgetary PMO for a long-term mission at our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region, to join Ingéniance on a permanent contract.

You will secure the budgetary management of projects and programs related to customer knowledge and compliance, and provide governance bodies with a clear and consolidated view.

Profile sought

You have a higher education degree (BAC+4/5) and proven experience in PMO or project budget control. You have mastered advanced Excel and Power BI. Good knowledge of KYC, Due Diligence, and customer data repository topics is a real asset. You know how to build readable reports, KPIs, and KRIs for management committees. Rigorous, comfortable with many stakeholders, you have good communication and anticipation skills.

• Consolidate budgets by project and by portfolio, run and change, IT and non-IT.
• Track commitments, consumption, and remaining commitments, and analyze variances.
• Anticipate deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in budget construction and re-forecast exercises.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports and prepare materials for steering and management committees.
• Develop monitoring KPIs and KRIs.
• Ensure the quality of budgetary data and improve processes and tools (advanced Excel, Power BI).
• Act as a liaison between PMO, management controllers, and business teams, in France and internationally.
