Policy Advisor Energy and Climate (secondment)

Project overview

The policy advisor works on various issues within energy and climate for the municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Translating policy objectives into concrete actions and executable plans
• Advising the board, management, and colleagues on subject-related issues
• Connecting internal and external stakeholders regarding grid congestion issues
• Further developing the insulation program, including the energy counter, subsidies, energy poverty, and energy coaches
• Coordinating a Species Management Plan (SMP) to be established
• Identifying and discussing relevant developments with colleagues and stakeholders
• Reporting on progress and achieved results
• Demonstrable minimum of 3 years of work experience as a policy advisor within a municipality
• Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor's level
• Work experience in an administrative environment with political influences
• Experience working according to a programmatic or project-based approach
