The policy advisor works on various issues within energy and climate for the municipality.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Translating policy objectives into concrete actions and executable plans
- Advising the board, management, and colleagues on subject-related issues
- Connecting internal and external stakeholders regarding grid congestion issues
- Further developing the insulation program, including the energy counter, subsidies, energy poverty, and energy coaches
- Coordinating a Species Management Plan (SMP) to be established
- Identifying and discussing relevant developments with colleagues and stakeholders
- Reporting on progress and achieved results
- Demonstrable minimum of 3 years of work experience as a policy advisor within a municipality
- Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor's level
- Work experience in an administrative environment with political influences
- Experience working according to a programmatic or project-based approach
