Assignment

As a privacy officer, you are the point of contact for privacy and data protection. You provide advice to colleagues and management, both requested and unrequested, and ensure compliance with the AVG and internal privacy rules. You do not work alone but are part of the Processes team, where our quality officers, among others, work.

Knock-out criteria:

• Draft policy documents regarding privacy in accordance with the IBD example and put them into effect by the end of this year.
• Update the processing register and develop a procedure to safeguard it.
• Implement a procedure on how to handle DPIAs and inform stakeholders internally about this.
• Assess whether a DPIA is necessary and support with its execution.
• Update the privacy statement.
• Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level;
• Demonstrable work experience as a privacy officer in the social domain;
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience with AVG;
• Work experience with drafting policy documents regarding privacy, demonstrable through at least one concrete example and/or reference project;
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a privacy officer;
• Work experience with a DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment), demonstrable through at least one concrete example and/or reference project.
