Do you bring structure to the way a large organization organizes its work?

For a large cooperative bank, we are looking for a Process Manager Systems for the Standards & Support team. This team falls under Business Support, part of the COO organization. You will be the linchpin in the functional management and further development of Azure DevOps. You will ensure that teams, portfolio management, and reporting can work optimally with the system.

You will help build a uniform, future-proof way of working. With a salary package of €5150 to €5400 including all benefits based on 36 hours per week.

• You manage and optimize the functional setup of Azure DevOps, aligned with the needs of stakeholders such as portfolio management and reporting.
• You process and analyze change requests, record them, and make the impact clear to the Product Owner.
• You develop, implement, and safeguard future-proof processes and working methods.
• You design and provide training and workshops on standards and working methods for various target groups.
• You advise on dashboards, queries, fields, and reports.
• At least a completed bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Information Management.
• Demonstrable experience with the functional setup of an Azure DevOps environment.
• Extensive experience as a user of Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of and experience with Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Experience with developing and delivering training.
• Experience with dashboards, queries, and reports.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and the talent to simplify complex issues.
• Ownership, organizational sensitivity, and a proactive attitude.
