Summary

As a Process Manager Systems at Rabobank, you will work within the Business Support domain on the functional management and further development of Azure DevOps. You will ensure that the system's configuration meets stakeholder needs and support users in effectively applying standards and processes. With your knowledge of Agile working, process design, and functional management, you will contribute to an efficient and transparent organization.

What will you do as a Process Manager Systems?

As a Process Manager Systems, you know the secrets of optimally deploying systems, processes, and standards to enable teams to collaborate successfully.

Manage and optimize the functional configuration of Azure DevOps so that it meets the needs of stakeholders such as portfolio management and reporting.

Process, analyze, and document change requests and make their impact clear to the Product Owner.

Develop, implement, and safeguard future-proof processes and working methods within Azure DevOps.

Design and provide training on standards, possibilities, and working methods for various target groups within the organization.

Advise on dashboards, queries, fields, and reports within Azure DevOps.

What do you bring?

Must-haves

At least a completed bachelor's degree, preferably in a business information technology direction.

Demonstrable experience with the functional configuration of an Azure DevOps environment.

Extensive experience as a user of Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of and experience with Agile and Scrum working methods.

Good command of the Dutch and English languages.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with developing and delivering training.

Experience with dashboards, queries, and reports.

Knowledge of automation with, for example, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex issues.

Ownership, organizational sensitivity, and a proactive attitude.
