Assignment Description

The procurement comprises one (1) resource consultant at 100% of a full-time position for the execution of the described assignment. The assignment is expected to last for the contract period specified below. The Municipal Board needs a Business Preparedness Consultant to map Danderyd Municipality's needs for support from the business sector within the framework of preparedness and civil defense.

The consultant shall propose a structure and working methods for business sector participation in the municipality's preparedness work, identify interests and possible contributions from local companies, and identify suitable forms of collaboration between the municipality and the business sector.

Based on the operational needs, the consultant is expected to be able to work physically on-site 20-40 hours/week in consultation with the client.

Responsibilities

The consultant shall work at least 75%, for at least 2 months for Danderyd Municipality.

Delivery Requirements

The client seeks a consultant with good collaborative skills who works according to a clear process in their investigations, and who has the ability to understand and coordinate business and preparedness issues in operations, for example, through interviews, workshops, and daily dialogue.

The provider shall supply a Business Preparedness Consultant.

Expected Outcome

Project Organization

The consultant shall report continuously (weekly) to the Head of Business.

Documentation Requirements

Discussions via Teams, the project is reported in writing.

Handling of Personal Data

The personal data that may be handled includes, for example, official contact details for business operators. These data are then processed according to the routines of the client.

Invoicing Plan

Ongoing remuneration will be invoiced according to agreement. Invoiced before the end of the year 2026.

• Support the Head of Business and the Security Unit with preparedness handling within the framework of coordinating the business sector and the municipality's preparedness handling.
• Propose how the business sector can be included in the municipality's civil preparedness work.
• Develop an overview of relevant companies and actors.
• Develop a contact network with companies willing to participate in the ongoing work.
• Propose next steps and how the work can be driven forward.
• Account for the points above in a final report and, if necessary, through a presentation.
• The purpose of the procurement is to meet our need for a Business Preparedness Consultant. In the role of Business Preparedness Consultant, you will be responsible for, among other things, mapping Danderyd Municipality's needs for support in preparedness and civil defense.
• Propose a structure and working methods for business sector participation in the municipality's preparedness work

• Utilize the input and contacts established through the Network Day
• Conduct targeted dialogues with selected business actors and relevant municipal functions
• Initiate the establishment of a network or forum for continued collaboration

• Several years of previous experience performing surveys or investigations.
• Previous experience in assignments within public operations.
• Good understanding of the business sector's perspective, challenges, and needs regarding preparedness.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish crisis and preparedness system, as well as requirements within the scope of the municipality's responsibilities and obligations in total defense.
• Self-sufficient in all tasks the consultant will be responsible for.
• Experience in conducting interviews, surveys, analyses.
• Very good communication skills, you express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
