Project overview

Context of the mission:

Within the Data & Technologies Department, and more specifically the Data and Media Management service, you will work in an agile organization to coordinate data processing and associated tools, with a product-oriented approach.

Main missions:

Profile sought:

You have a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in IT, project management, business intelligence, information science, or data engineering, as well as significant experience in managing data processing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Technical skills:

A plus: knowledge of the audiovisual sector, archives, or heritage.

Expected qualities:

• Gather and analyze the needs of business and technical teams.
• Write functional specifications and User Stories.
• Build, structure, and prioritize the product backlog and technical debt.
• Manage the evolution of data processing and monitor schedules.
• Supervise processing, analyze anomalies, and identify their causes.
• Manage data quality audits and verify the reliability of processing.
• Organize and coordinate acceptance testing phases: test environments, test plans, and schedules.
• Lead team activities in agile mode and ensure deadlines are met, deliverables are of high quality, and workload is well distributed.
• Ensure reporting and communication to stakeholders.
• Mastery of Agile methods: Scrum, Kanban.
• Experience with backlog management tools: Jira or equivalent.
• Writing functional specifications and User Stories.
• Good understanding of data architectures, exchange flows, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, especially relational.
• Knowledge of structured data formats: XML and JSON.
• Knowledge of business intelligence environments and data exploitation tools.
• Proficiency with office tools.
• Rigor and analytical and synthetic thinking.
• Listening skills and understanding of business challenges.
• Organization, autonomy, and ability to be proactive.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate multidisciplinary profiles.
