What will you do

As Product Owner Finance & Operations at Evides, you are responsible for the vision, prioritization, and further development of financial and operational processes within the organization. You ensure that strategic objectives are translated into a clear roadmap, concrete improvement initiatives, and explainable priorities that contribute to maximum business value.

You work within the Customer & Business Support (KBS) team and are the connecting link between business, IT, and management. You will deal with various stakeholders within Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Customer, and Industrial Water, among others. In an environment where processes, systems, data, and compliance are closely related, you ensure the right choices, support, and decision-making.

If you are a new supplier and have not yet signed a cooperation agreement and a client-specific partial agreement, this will follow immediately after the assignment is awarded.

The following client-specific conditions apply to this assignment for the client Evides:

• Develop and maintain a supported product vision for the Finance & Operations domain;
• Translate strategic objectives into a coherent roadmap and prioritized backlog;
• Prioritize wishes, improvement initiatives, and changes based on business value, risks, and capacity;
• Connect process owners, key users, IT, management, and directors to realize support and collaboration;
• Monitor coherence and dependencies between processes, systems, and product teams;
• Organize intake, analysis, testing, and implementation activities for new functionalities;
• Accept results on behalf of the business and steer towards realizing intended benefits;
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and organize alignment or escalation in a timely manner;
• Report on progress, value, risks, and necessary decision-making to management and stakeholders.
• HBO or WO work and thinking level;
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Consultant, Information Manager, or a similar role;
• Experience with financial, administrative, or operational business processes;
• Experience with stakeholder management in a complex organization;
• Affinity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP solutions;
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness;

• Invoicing is based on billable hours.
• Indexation is not applicable.
• A valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required for each placement. The costs for this are borne by the supplier/freelancer.
• In case of termination of an assignment by Evides, a notice period of 30 calendar days applies, and immediately in case of force majeure.
