Within the IT department, you will be involved in a strategic mission: to lead the IT Finance & Procurement product, built around SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Coupa, and Tidemark. You will be the point of convergence between business departments (finance, controlling, procurement), technical teams, and software vendors. Your role will involve defining and prioritizing evolutions, maintaining the backlog, and advancing the product roadmap, while supporting users through change.

🏗 Stack

• Scoping & Management of Evolutions: Gather and challenge Finance and Procurement needs, scope IT system projects and evolutions, and then manage their implementation through to production.
• Product Backlog & Prioritization: Maintain a structured backlog, write clear and testable user stories, and arbitrate priorities between business departments based on the value and constraints of SaaS solutions.
• Facilitation & Agile Rituals: Lead project meetings and rituals (refinement, reviews, demos, committees), and foster a dynamic of regular delivery.
• Vendor & Roadmap Coordination: Act as the point of contact for vendors and technical teams, integrate their release cycles, contribute to the product roadmap, and lead change management support for users.

• Remote Work: 2 days per week on-site in Pau, remote work the rest of the time
• Start Date: Early November 2026
• Duration: 6 months, renewable

• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for Finance and/or Procurement IT systems, with end-to-end project experience.
• Finance & Procurement IT Expertise: Good command of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Coupa environments, and a thorough understanding of the accounting, budgeting, and procurement processes they support.
• Soft Skills: You know how to lead meetings with demanding business departments, explain vendor constraints clearly, and make decisions between competing requests. You write clearly and are proactive in proposing roadmap improvements.
• Finance ERP: SAP S/4HANA Cloud
• Procurement / Procure-to-Pay: Coupa
• Planning & Management: Tidemark (ideally)
• Product Methods & Tools: Agile, backlog management, user stories, product roadmap
• Bonus: Previous experience with procurement and finance flows (orders, commitments, invoices) between Coupa and a SAP ERP
