- Implement a dynamic and reliable CMDB, with site-related assets
- Create the IT service catalog, change calendar, and ITIL-compliant processes
- Deploy and drive adoption of new modules: Journey, Status Page, Alert Management, Software License Management, Custom Objects
- Activate AI functions: Freddy AI and L0 support with Copilot
- Gather team needs, train and support users
- Monitor KPIs and conduct monthly debriefings
