Project overview

As Program Manager Culture Program, you will execute an organization-wide change process:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing the current culture, leadership practice, and collaboration
• Developing a culture and behavior compass together with stakeholders
• Developing and updating a phased roadmap with associated objectives and interventions
• Guiding the board, management, and team managers in visible exemplary behavior
• Designing and facilitating leadership dialogues, intervision, and feedback sessions
• Supporting managers in conducting culture conversations
• Guiding teams in agreements on collaboration, ownership, and psychological safety
• Involving the works council and employees in the design, execution, and evaluation
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with the board, management, HR, and employees
• Advising the client on progress, dilemmas, and choices to be made
• Setting up a monitor for progress, behavior, and learning outcomes
• Regularly reporting to the client, management team, and works council
• Anchoring culture development within HR processes, team development, and the management cycle
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a program manager, change manager, or organizational developer in the last 10 years, with responsibility for organization-wide change processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience with culture change and/or organizational development within medium-sized or large organizations in the last 8 years
• Demonstrable experience in guiding, advising, or coaching executive boards, management teams, and managers in organizational and cultural development
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing change programs
• Experience in managing stakeholders at board and management level, including advising the executive board, board, MT, and works council
• Proficiency in the Dutch language
