Program Manager Landscape and Execution Program Waterfront

Project overview

The assignment consists of setting up the Landscape program and supporting the execution of the Waterfront program.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Drafting a starting note, note of principles, and program plan with SMART goals and execution paragraph
• Translating the approach to the DSO and to annual plans for team leaders
• Inventorying relevant policy, spatial, and organizational developments
• Determining the objectives, scope, planning, and governance of the program
• Advising on how the Environmental Act is translated into the municipality's approach
• Involving stakeholders, both internal and external
• Preparing administrative decision-making and products
• Supporting the progress and coordination of the Waterfront program
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Coordinating with involved parties
• Writing reports on progress and related advice
• Contributing to the execution of sub-tasks and measures
• Minimum HBO bachelor's work and thinking level
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a program manager in a municipal organization
• Minimum 1 year of work experience with the Environmental Act from a program manager role
• Demonstrable experience with programmatic work
• Preferably experience with the VPNG method
• Experience in the field of area development, landscape design, and/or waterfront development
• Experience with administrative processes and managing stakeholders
• Well-developed skills for advising both in writing and orally
