Project overview

We are looking for a Project Director for a 3-month renewable mission in Niort.

Context:

The Group IT department is looking for a Project Director to take charge of the 'Mobility Platform' project, which aims to build its future omnichannel mobility management front-office integrated into the IS.

Currently in the launch phase, this project has a tight deadline, with the landing of a first operational batch expected for April 2027.

• Project management across all phases (from scoping to production deployment)
• Global planning, tracking of milestones/workload and budget
• Risk management (scope, quality, cost, and deadline)
• Transverse coordination and monitoring of the activities of the various IT department services in conjunction with the Business units
• Management of the identified IT partner associated with this project
• Preparation and facilitation of project steering committees
• Project plan, resource plan, and budget tracking
• Risk management
• Management and associated deliverables for all project phases defined by the IMA project method (GPS)
• Documents and minutes for the various project monitoring committees
• Synthetic reporting of the project and associated workstreams
• Experience in managing complex IT projects or programs
• Management of budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitation of management committees and preparation of arbitration
