Project Director - Lille

Project overview

Context

As part of a regulatory directive (European Directive on Distance Selling of Financial Services (DVADSF / VADSF2), transposed into French law by the ordinance of January 2026) to be implemented by Groupe BPCE Lille, we are looking for a Project Director (DP) to take charge of a cross-functional ambition impacting several products and entities of the Group, as well as numerous business and IT stakeholders.

Working Conditions

• Lead the entire program and coordinate 3 components with a logic of prioritization and overall consistency.
• Prioritize the main workstream of the program (compliance of the sales process) which will be broken down into 4 stages:
• Map all affected processes for the Banks and the Branches (work already initiated).
• Assess impacts and estimate remediation costs.
• Prepare and submit commitment requests to decision-making bodies (CMTD).
• Lead and coordinate remediation projects until their implementation.
• Proven experience in managing high-stakes cross-functional programs or projects.
• Ability to work simultaneously with numerous Product teams and stakeholders.
• Aptitude to build, prioritize, and arbitrate a roadmap according to defined criteria.
• Effective collaboration with BPCE teams and the Group's various structures.
• Good understanding of deployment issues or ability to work in close coordination with deployment teams.
• Recognized leadership enabling the mobilization and alignment of multiple stakeholders.
• High autonomy and rigorous organization.
• Ability to produce clear, concise, and decision-oriented reporting, highlighting priorities, risks, and expected arbitration.
• Daily Rate: €680
