Project Leader Basic Skills and Contract Manager Language and Integration

Project overview

As project leader and contract manager, you support the regional cooperation around adult education and integration.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Checking that contractual agreements are complied with, such as indexing, accountability, and quality
• Formulating recommendations for improvement of execution, control, and quality of existing contracts
• Drafting procurement documentation and substantive proposals for future regional offerings
• Advising on the connection between contractual agreements, policy goals, and the needs of municipalities and residents
• Mapping the performance of providers based on contractual agreements and quality criteria
• Discussing contractual agreements, bottlenecks, and improvement possibilities with municipalities, providers, and policy officers
• Developing proposals to strengthen cooperation between municipalities and providers
• Minimum 5 years of work experience within a municipality or joint arrangement
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project leader in the social domain
• Experience with advising on policy, improving processes, and making cooperation agreements
• Completed education at least HBO bachelor level
• Available for 32 hours per week for the full assignment from December 1, 2026
• Experience working in MS Teams, SharePoint, Office 365, and MS Excel
