Our client in the Banking and Finance sector is looking for a SENIOR Contract Manager H/F

Mission Description:

Within our client:

The expected missions are as follows:

 Monitoring the existing framework agreement AT 2023-144 (management of purchase orders, contractual monitoring, implementation of reporting, etc.)

 Contribution to the preparatory stages of the framework agreement renewal

 Contribution to the analysis of bidders' responses

 Updating, redefining, implementing, managing, and updating processes related to the renewal of the IT FA

 Communication on the concepts implemented and change management following the implementation of the new framework agreement.

Profile Sought

In addition to managing the IT FA and its renewal, the contractor could also manage:

 Negotiation of bilateral contracts <60 K, quotes via purchasing center and amendments: Management of software and hardware maintenance contracts (renewal, termination, negotiations)

 Contribution to the identification and implementation of the renewal strategy for current contracts and related contracts

 Management of the renewal roadmap

 Support in managing software compliance
