Project Leader Growing up in an Opportunity-Rich Environment (OKO) (interim)

Project overview

As project leader, you will establish, implement, and ensure the embedding of the OKO approach in Wierden within the organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Translate the program into a multi-year plan with goals, phasing, and milestones
• Prepare and keep a plan of action up-to-date
• Connect involved organizations and stimulate mutual cooperation
• Form an internal working group and establish collaborations with local partners such as educational institutions, GGD, and sports organizations
• Organize and chair meetings with local partners, including follow-up of agreements made
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust the progress of the project
• Inform the executive board and municipal council about the progress and the anchoring of OKO in municipal policy
• Create and maintain support for the objectives, both internally and with external partners
• Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor's level
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in independently managing multi-year projects, from the design of an approach to its execution and evaluation
• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with prevention, health, youth policy, or substance use among young people
• Certificate of Conduct (VOG) required for the execution of the assignment
