Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Completing real estate, housing, and accommodation files that are in various stages
• Bringing ongoing files to a concrete result within a period of approximately six months
• Guiding change and decision-making processes around these files
• Managing stakeholders within a political-administrative environment
• Broad experience within projects related to real estate, accommodations, and housing
• Demonstrable minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in issues related to real estate, accommodations, or housing
• Experience gained within a municipal, political-administrative environment
• Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholders within politically sensitive situations
• Experience in guiding change and decision-making processes
• Strong project management skills and results orientation
• Demonstrable results achieved in comparable, complex files
