Project overview

Context

We are looking for a project manager to join the Cocooning team, which is undertaking a quality initiative to ensure proximity with users of the Equinoxe & MySys SI through various mechanisms.

As part of the Customer Division's Satisfaction Directorate, you will be responsible for administering and managing all our listening mechanisms for internal employees and establishments in the context of monitoring the satisfaction of EQX/MySyS/Sef & Assurance employees.

This role also requires acting as an interface between our products and our establishments, by leading committees and serving as a point of contact for our business platforms.

• Measure and manage the evolution of user satisfaction to identify areas for improvement
• Enhance user experience through mechanisms that are close to the users
• Optimize Customer Satisfaction strategies through a committee led by the Agency Employee Satisfaction Program
• Produce and evolve listening mechanisms such as the user satisfaction barometer, specific product surveys, or immediate feedback surveys
• Lead, monitor, and analyze survey results to produce summaries for establishment contacts and management
• Produce analysis and summary reports of surveys for management with a good level of consulting (CP N2/N3)
• Functional knowledge of a banking IS
• Easy communication with employees in establishments (IS or quality contacts) and business products (developers and scrums)
• Survey tools such as SPHINX
• Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint
• Internal BPCE IT or BPCE SI tools: workstation health check, Elastique, Grafana
• Location: Paris
• Average Daily Rate (TJM): €600
