Project overview

The Information System Security squad is in charge of several products related to business continuity plans, crisis management, internet protection, alert solutions, and traceability.

The squad consists of 11 team members: 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Master, 3 Business Analysts, and 6 IT profiles.

The need is to strengthen the squad in the context of major 2026 projects on new solutions, particularly around cybersecurity, which we will integrate into our scope.

Work Environment

• Have a global vision of the work and be proactive in integrating new cyber solutions within the CIS tribe.
• Be a key contact for the squad to contribute to the successful integration of new solutions within the squad.
• Take charge of preparing, facilitating, and describing user stories by organizing workshops with stakeholders.
• Understand the specific business context of cybersecurity tools, gather, interpret, and guide the needs of the User Pole in relation to the tools used at CAGIP and the Risk and Cybersecurity Department of CA-TS.
• Ensure the formalization and refinement of user stories with the team in accordance with agile practices.
• Guide and support the User Pole in its strategic decision-making by helping them consider new information system evolution solutions.
• Embody and optimize the value of the Squad's products in conjunction with all stakeholders.
• Decide on business priorities in line with the ecosystem, while promoting the overall coherence of the team's work.
• Share the prospective vision of the products to ensure the long-term direction.
• Collect user feedback, measure and analyze usage to adjust the product vision.
• Define the testing framework, ensuring the overall consistency of different testing strategies.
• Write and execute complex test strategies to ensure that developments deliver compliant results.
• Guarantee the quality of what is delivered by documenting through appropriate tools while ensuring the sustainability of testing procedures.
• Provide support and expertise to the squad.
• Accompany the skill development of the squad's Business Analysts.
• Drive the expansion of the squad's scope of solutions and products in line with the topics handled by the CIS User Pole.
• Experience sought in cybersecurity domains.
• A dual technical and business profile will be appreciated to fully grasp cyber-related products/solutions.
• Needs Identification: Guide and support stakeholders (CIS UP, Cyber department, CAGIP) in their strategic decisions on the solutions we will adopt within our CIS tribe scope.
• Proposal Development: Interpret and guide needs by proposing suitable study projects.
• Activity Coordination: Coordinate various stakeholders in a complex environment to deliver the requested outputs.
• Communication: Present information to a demanding and challenging audience.
• Excellent command of agile practices and Product Management tools.
• Strong customer focus and solid analytical, prioritization, and pedagogical skills.
• Very good communicator, able to argue and converge towards a decision.
• Certain leadership with the ability to take a high-level view (decision-making, arbitration while considering feedback from the team and users).
