Description

As part of the deployment of generative artificial intelligence use cases within a bank, we are looking for a project manager / business analyst to lead the operational implementation of several Gen AI initiatives.

• Operational end-to-end management of Generative AI projects (scoping, development, production deployment)
• Coordination between business, data science, and IT teams
• Drafting of needs statements and functional specifications
• Monitoring of schedules, budgets, and project risks
• Facilitating steering committees and reporting to sponsors
• Change management and training of business users
• Confirmed experience in IT project management in the banking sector
• Knowledge of the challenges and use cases of generative AI (LLM, RAG, copilots)
• Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to communicate with technical profiles (data scientists, developers) and business profiles
• English
• Knowledge of banking regulatory issues related to AI (model governance, compliance)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) or Agile certification (PSM, SAFe)
• Reporting to the digital transformation / innovation department
• Interaction with data science, IT, and business teams (front office, risk, compliance)
• Tools: Office suite, Jira, Confluence
