As part of the deployment of generative artificial intelligence use cases within a bank, we are looking for a project manager / business analyst to lead the operational implementation of several Gen AI initiatives.

- Operational end-to-end management of Generative AI projects (scoping, development, production deployment)
- Coordination between business, data science, and IT teams
- Drafting of needs statements and functional specifications
- Monitoring of schedules, budgets, and project risks
- Facilitating steering committees and reporting to sponsors
- Change management and training of business users
- Confirmed experience in IT project management in the banking sector
- Knowledge of the challenges and use cases of generative AI (LLM, RAG, copilots)
- Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to communicate with technical profiles (data scientists, developers) and business profiles
- English
- Knowledge of banking regulatory issues related to AI (model governance, compliance)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) or Agile certification (PSM, SAFe)
- Reporting to the digital transformation / innovation department
- Interaction with data science, IT, and business teams (front office, risk, compliance)
- Tools: Office suite, Jira, Confluence
