An experienced project manager for the Tessa Bruttotid project in Region Västmanland.

We are looking for a project manager who believes that collaboration is a prerequisite for achieving the best results in projects and assignments. The person should be results-oriented and have a high degree of service awareness with the customer in focus. We see that you are structured and can plan and organize your work so that deadlines are met and the quality of the result is high.

The Tessa Bruttotid project has the overall purpose of eliminating the current double registration of schedule planning in the IT systems Tessa and Heroma. The project's goal is to free up time for the operations, increase user satisfaction, and ensure higher quality in both resource and schedule planning and financial follow-up.

Mandatory requirements

The consultant must have experience with implementation projects and change management.

The consultant must have experience with integration between different business systems.

The consultant must have experience with assignments focused on digitalization and/or digital transformation.

The consultant must have experience with assignments within the public sector.

The consultant must have the ability to analyze the current situation, identify gaps, and formulate clear improvement proposals.

The consultant must have the ability to structure, drive, and document work within complex action plans.

Desirable requirements

The consultant should have knowledge of patient and information security issues.

The consultant should have experience with integration between payroll systems and time systems.

Other requirements

The supplier confirms that liability and professional indemnity insurance are in place covering this type of assignment according to industry standards.

NOTE! Evaluation of personal qualities may occur during a potential interview.

NOTE! The consultant will be part of a team, and therefore significant weight will be placed on personal qualities.

• Investigating, defining requirements for, and developing a long-term sustainable API-based integration alternative between the IT systems Tessa and Heroma, replacing the current double registration.
• Ensuring that the integration solution supports the region's goals of quality-assured payroll management, reduced administrative work, and improved data control.
• Creating conditions for Region Västmanland to participate as a secondary pilot region in CGI's development project, with a possible start around Q2 2027.
• Collaborating with suppliers CGI (Heroma) and Sematic (Tessa) on the design and functionality of the new APIs.
• Developing an architectural proposal that harmonizes with Region Västmanland's IT standards and strategic direction towards open APIs.
• Ensuring that the region's support services and requirements are managed, such as authentication, logging, information security, and personal data management.
• Engaging in dialogue with HR, HR system support, Payroll support, and operational representatives to identify process impacts and necessary changes.
