Jobbeschreibung
The municipality is looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of the new Archive Act 2026. This role involves coordinating various stakeholders, updating regulations, and ensuring compliance with new archival requirements.
Project overview
What will you do?
Bussum, Naarden, Muiden, and Muiderberg together form the municipality of Gooise Meren, with over 60,000 inhabitants. The organization is flat and transparent, with 450 employees. Employees trust each other, are agile, and work goal-oriented, with impact for the board, residents, and colleagues.
Where will you work?
The municipality encourages employees to be themselves and to rely on their knowledge and intuition. If you are eager to learn, there are many opportunities to experiment and develop yourself. Employees have an open view to the outside world and to each other. They dare to ask questions and be critical. Above all, they enjoy their work.
Gooise Meren also faces complex issues. The municipality tries to keep these issues as simple as possible. By staying focused on the essence of the task, it is clear to employees what their contribution is and what role they play. They feel co-owners of the solution.
Gooise Meren has a robust organization that is continuously developing. This happens gradually and as naturally as possible. Sometimes temporary staff are needed for projects, new tasks, or replacements. For this, the municipality seeks inspiring team players who work effectively: decisive, entrepreneurial, and resolute. This fits the organization.
Gooise Meren uses hybrid working as its formal work method. The guideline is a 50/50 split between working from home and working at the office. Digital meetings take place via MS Teams. If the client believes that meetings are best held in person/at the office, the applicant is expected to be willing to do so and have a sufficiently flexible schedule.
