As a project manager, you will ensure the implementation of the Housing Regulation Strengthening Act within the municipal organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Implementing the Housing Regulation Strengthening Act within the organization
• Translating legislation into concrete measures, work processes, and municipal choices
• Coordinating sub-projects and managing external research for the Housing Program and the Housing Ordinance
• Updating the Housing Program and the Housing Ordinance
• Setting up or adjusting work processes and drafting new regulations
• Advising management, directors, and the executive board
• Acting as the central point of contact for research by external agencies
• Collaborating with colleagues at the local and provincial level and participating in working groups
• Liaising with other departments, such as procurement and legal affairs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, for example in Housing & Housing, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Social Geography, or (Environmental) Law
• Specialist knowledge of the housing domain and in particular of the Housing Regulation Strengthening Act
• Proven experience in the housing domain or in a comparable policy role
• Experience within a political-administrative context
• Awareness of the environment and administrative sensitivity, combined with the ability to effortlessly switch between strategic and operational levels
• Strong negotiation skills, coupled with a connecting and solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency in the Dutch language
