Project Manager in PLM Business Transformation

In the role, you will support the program's execution through project planning, coordination, financial follow-up, risk management, and coordination of various stakeholders. You will have a central role in ensuring structure, progress, and effective project management in a complex business environment.

About the assignment

As a Project Manager within PLM Business Transformation, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on project activities within the transformation program. You will work closely with the business, IT, architecture teams, and external suppliers to ensure that the project's goals, deliveries, and milestones are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating project activities, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Following up on the project's scope, schedule, costs, risks, deviations, and deliveries.
• Producing status reports, forecasts, decision support, and material for the project's decision points.
• Coordinating business, IT, architecture, and external suppliers, and ensuring effective communication between involved stakeholders.
• Supporting testing, deployment, handover, and follow-up of agreed-upon actions.
• Contributing to structured project management, financial control, and risk management within the transformation program.

Requirements

To be considered for the assignment, we expect you to have:

Meritorious

It is meritorious if you have:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Documented experience in project management of complex, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Good ability in project planning, financial management, risk management, and project governance.
• Experience in coordinating business, IT, architecture, and external suppliers.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders, communicate clearly, and facilitate meetings and collaborations.
• Relevant academic education or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
• Experience with digital engineering or major business and IT transformations.
• Experience in project management within product development or industrial operations.
• Relevant project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
