Project Manager IT Datahub Finance

Project overview

As part of a strategic transformation program, you will act as an IT Project Manager for Datahub Finance to support the implementation of a Finance and Risk Data Marketplace within a large IT department.

This position offers you the opportunity to lead data initiatives at the heart of regulatory and financial challenges, in a demanding and structuring context.

• Analyze business requirements and understand the challenges related to accounting, credit, finance, and risk data.
• Contribute to finalizing the project scope and defining Data solutions in conjunction with business teams, IT Business Analysis, Data architects, and technical teams.
• Organize and facilitate discussions with stakeholders (business, IT Business Analysis, technical, domain architect).
• Participate in the feasibility study, structuring the target state, and preparing the build phase.
• Prepare documentation for validation committees (opportunity, CODEL, COPIL, COSUI) and present solutions to decision-making bodies.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders involved, ensure operational, budgetary, and decision-making follow-up of the project.
• Produce reporting for the PMO and the domain manager.
• Contribute to securing the project's trajectories, costs, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
• Data and Big Data environments, Spark, Scala, Python, Data architecture, Finance and Risk reporting tools, Planview, Jira, Abacus 360, ARC Deloitte.
• Mission based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, with partial remote work possible depending on project needs.
• Freelance contract, initial duration of 60 days renewable (up to 630 days max).
• Integration into a multidisciplinary team with strong interaction between business, IT Business Analysis, and technical teams.
