Project overview

Context of the mission

Within an entity of the IT department of a large mutual insurance group, your role will be to:

Expected skills

• Supervise and manage projects from conception to completion, using internal and external resources, while respecting costs and deadlines
• Ensure a cross-functional view of needs between business units and products, and of schedules/costs/deadlines
• Contribute to the implementation of the project roadmap and its budget lines
• Conducting studies and projects
• Frame, structure, and organize each project phase (Scoping, Execution, Deployment, Warranty)
• Manage and contribute to the study (solution selection, costing, risks, resources, staffing, planning)
• Define the means necessary for implementation (budgets, resources, change)
• Manage relationships with suppliers (software vendor and integrator), from contract signing to final validation
• Lead governance: organize and lead committees, write and distribute minutes
• Arbitrate any disputes between the team and other stakeholders
• Monitor and measure progress (dashboards, indicators, steering committees)
• Ensure project warranty and organize feedback
• Organize the transition from Project mode to Run mode
• Organize user support
• Coordinate communication, change management, and training
• Ensure compliance with specifications and deliverables
• Ensure deadlines and costs are met
• Propose, during the project, any trajectory modifications
