Project Manager Management Application Water

Project overview

A project will be managed for approximately two years, focused on selecting, purchasing, and implementing a management application for the Water, Sewerage, and Pumping Stations team.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Gathering user needs and translating them into requirements and wishes for the management application
• Drafting the program of requirements and managing the tender, selection, and purchase
• Managing the implementation of the application
• Directing internal and external stakeholders and collaborating with asset managers, program managers, and project managers
• Monitoring efficiency, cost control, and quality assurance
• Acting as contractor and reporting to the water management team leader
• Completed HBO or WO education, preferably in project management, business administration, or engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technical sector or operational management
• Demonstrable experience as a project leader in GIS software implementations
• Experience in leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and contracts
• Knowledge of or experience with management or asset management systems within public spaces is recommended
• A project management certificate, such as PRINCE2 or IPMA, is a plus
• Proficiency in the Dutch language
