Job description

Your role as Project Manager consists of leading the planning, coordination, and execution of technical batches within the PFS MSAT (Pre-Filled Syringes) Center of Excellence. Integrated into the Project Managers & Operational Excellence team, you will define the execution plans for engineering runs, specifying objectives, parameters to be tested, and success criteria. You will ensure the daily operational interface between MSAT, Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations.

In parallel, you will conduct small-scale scale-up studies to secure technical batches and PPQ, supervise the creation of production articles and recipes, and prepare the associated manufacturing files. You will also be responsible for identifying, documenting, and escalating any deviations, drafting all regulatory documentary deliverables (protocols, feasibility studies, development reports), and reporting on project progress according to key milestones (PKM).

Candidate profile

You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or a scientific or general Master's program, with at least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (internship periods are fully valued). Whether your initial background is in quality, an analytical control laboratory, or production management, you demonstrate a genuine appetite for the pharmaceutical world and a marked interest in the scientific and technical dimension of projects. With excellent interpersonal skills to unite cross-functional teams, you show operational rigor and autonomy.

Proficiency in English is an additional asset for confidently navigating an international excellence context.

About our client

We are looking for a Project Manager MSAT (F/M) for our client Sanofi.

This position, based in Le Trait, is for a temporary assignment until January 31, 2027.

The position is for day shifts and the gross salary is between 40,000 and 42,000 euros gross annually.
