The Position

For the redevelopment of the current municipal office at Lind 44, we are looking for a Project Manager for area development.

Do you know how to bring different parties together to realize complex projects? And do you want to use your knowledge and experience to contribute to the redevelopment of the current municipal office at Lind 44 in Oisterwijk? As a project manager for area development, you will be responsible for managing this project, from initiative to completion. You will coordinate the collaboration between various stakeholders, ensure a tight project plan, monitor progress and budgets, and ensure that the final plans align with the needs of the community.

You will also ensure good integral coordination within the municipality with all policy disciplines that are relevant, such as traffic, economy, public space, spatial planning, land affairs, etc., and with the municipal executive. In short, a role where you are in charge and can truly make a difference for the future of the municipality of Oisterwijk.

Background on the project

The municipal council has decided that the municipal office location will move in 2026 to the former location of Rabobank at Burgemeester Verwielstraat 6 in Oisterwijk. With the relocation of the municipal office, the current location at De Lind 44 will become available. The municipal council has been informed that we will present a process proposal for the reorientation of this location in the short term, so we want to start quickly. It is important that we actively involve the environment, residents, entrepreneurs, social partners, etc., through a good participation process.
