Project Manager Social Real Estate

Project overview

As a project manager, you are responsible for the management and further development of municipal social real estate.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate management and maintenance of various real estate locations in collaboration with internal and external parties
• Record and monitor project agreements regarding time, money, quality, organization, and risk
• Advise internal clients on real estate issues and legislation and regulations
• Solve technical and construction-related bottlenecks based on RI&E, MJOP, and annual plans
• Manage rental relationships and keep rental agreements up-to-date
• Administer and manage contracts for procurement and maintenance in a contract management system
• Manage suppliers and guide tendering processes, including drafting a Program of Requirements
• Monitor real estate safety
• Improve management and maintenance processes through digital systems
• Maintain proactive communication with tenants, suppliers, and colleagues
• Advise the team coach, facility employee, and management on real estate matters and budget management
• Contribute to various management and maintenance projects, including sustainability initiatives
• HBO work and thinking level with a real estate, construction, or facility-technical background
• Flexible and proactive attitude, also willing to replace the Facility Advisor in case of absence
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in contract management and managing suppliers
• Financial insight, supplemented by experience in managing budgets
• Knowledge of regulations regarding occupational health and safety
• Affinity with sustainability in real estate management
• Skill in working digitally with systems for building and contract data
• Independent work attitude with a good sense of collaboration
• Experience as a project manager during the initiative and definitive phase within social real estate
• A valid driver's license
