The role involves developing a plan of approach, evaluating the current strategy, conducting impact analyses, and facilitating stakeholder participation sessions.
Project overview
The assignment concerns the renewal of the Execution and Enforcement Strategy (U&HS) for the province of Utrecht for the period from 2028 onwards.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Develop a plan of approach together with the client
- Evaluate the current U&HS
- Conduct an impact analysis based on laws and regulations and provincial frameworks
- Co-organize and guide participation sessions with stakeholders
- Process the outcomes of the sessions and translate policy into concrete goals
- Formulate SMART goals and associated KPIs
- Contribute to writing the final product (U&HS)
- Coordinate with the client unit VTH during the assignment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in setting up and guiding work and participation sessions with stakeholders focused on policy development
- Experience with developing task-oriented U&H strategies
- Demonstrable knowledge of the BIG 8 cycle methodology
- A completed HBO bachelor's degree or higher
- Availability of at least 16 hours per week, starting immediately
