Project Manager Urban Development Reitse Campus (interim)

Project overview

As project manager, you will lead the area development of the Reitse Campus within the Kenniskwartier.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Lead a multidisciplinary project team and monitor the coherence and progress of the area development
• Develop the development and real estate strategy and translate this into agreements and tenders
• Conduct consultations with owners and developers and strengthen mutual cooperation
• Manage projects and coordinate with administrative and executive clients
• Monitor course, results, planning, and scope and prepare decision-making
• Draw up project agreements, develop project structures, and manage internal and external capacity
• Organize cooperation with residents, developers, educational institutions, corporations, and other stakeholders
• WO work and thinking level, acquired through education in the spatial domain
• Extensive experience as a spatial project manager in comparable complex area developments
• Experience working within a political-administrative context
• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize complex issues
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Availability of at least 28 hours per week, preferably 32 to 36 hours
