Job description

Reporting hierarchically to the Offers Purchasing Manager and in close synergy with the Offers Director, you will lead and consolidate the entire purchasing component within the framework of the company's strategic bid responses.

Your main objective is to guarantee, from the upstream phase of offer submission, a secure, reliable, and highly competitive purchasing costing.

Main responsibilities

Purchasing coordination: Federate and lead the network of commodity buyers (central and local) to gather, challenge, and consolidate supplier data.

Security & competitiveness: Evaluate and mitigate supplier risks while optimizing proposed commercial, technical, and logistical conditions.

Quotation & costing: Lead the estimation of complete costs, develop purchasing price lists, and construct the financial component of the offer response.

Upstream contracting: Prepare, frame, and participate in the drafting of contractual commitments (pre-offer agreements, letters of intent, specific clauses).

Decision-making reporting: Present and support the purchasing summary to the Offers Director and commercial validation bodies.

Candidate profile

With higher education (Master's degree in business school, engineering, or university program specializing in purchasing/project management), you have successful experience in industrial or technical purchasing environments, or in managing complex offers.

Technical and interpersonal skills:

Solid mastery of negotiation techniques and management of the purchasing cycle.

Experience in quoting, analytical cost breakdown, and project costing.

Good command of legal fundamentals related to drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.

Analytical mindset, strong sense of synthesis, and proven ease in presenting financial indicators to management profiles.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills for leading matrix and multi-site teams.
