Quality Developer BBZ

Project overview

The assignment focuses on improving the quality within the execution of the Bbz 2004 and IOAZ.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Prepare quality reports based on file research within Bbz 2004 and IOAZ
• Analyze findings, risks, and improvement opportunities in the execution
• Develop concrete improvement proposals for work processes and decision-making
• Formulate recommendations for updating work instructions
• Develop a guide for quality assurance within both regulations
• Provide knowledge transfer about the findings, risks, and improvement opportunities to employees
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience with the execution of BBZ and/or with quality assurance or process improvement within BBZ
• Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with file and quality analyses and the preparation of reports, improvement proposals, work instructions, or quality advice
• Demonstrable experience in transferring subject-matter expertise to employees or teams
• Completed HBO bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical skills and legal knowledge
• Good communication and didactic skills
