The assignment focuses on improving the quality within the execution of the Bbz 2004 and IOAZ.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Prepare quality reports based on file research within Bbz 2004 and IOAZ
- Analyze findings, risks, and improvement opportunities in the execution
- Develop concrete improvement proposals for work processes and decision-making
- Formulate recommendations for updating work instructions
- Develop a guide for quality assurance within both regulations
- Provide knowledge transfer about the findings, risks, and improvement opportunities to employees
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience with the execution of BBZ and/or with quality assurance or process improvement within BBZ
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with file and quality analyses and the preparation of reports, improvement proposals, work instructions, or quality advice
- Demonstrable experience in transferring subject-matter expertise to employees or teams
- Completed HBO bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical skills and legal knowledge
- Good communication and didactic skills
