Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, primarily within Sales Cloud, as well as Service Cloud and existing Experience Cloud portals.
• Build and maintain Salesforce automations using Apex and Flow, with a strong focus on Apex for new development.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and external systems, including RainFocus.
• Support marketing communication processes based on Salesforce contacts, standard Salesforce Campaigns, and custom consent management solutions integrated with Marketing Cloud.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and independently resolve technical issues across the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce specialists, and the team responsible for Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Contribute to initiatives involving AI and integrations between Salesforce and Large Language Model-based solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience, with 5+ years preferred.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Salesforce Core, particularly Sales Cloud.
• Solid experience with Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Practical experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement and understanding of its integration with Salesforce Core.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to independently develop and maintain technical solutions.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the Technology Innovation Hub in Warsaw. This role combines hands-on Salesforce Core development with integrations and collaboration with the team responsible for Marketing Cloud Engagement.

You will work primarily with Sales Cloud, Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components, while also supporting integrations between Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and external systems. The role requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
