We are looking for a support engineer to actively participate in improving our support and assist users daily during our solutions transformation phase.
Project overview
Currently in the transformation phase of our solutions, we are looking for a support engineer profile to actively participate in improving our support and assist users on a daily basis.
Objectives and deliverables
He/She will have to propose and implement relevant solutions and have good interpersonal skills. He/She will have to be organized to best manage his/her domain, share his/her knowledge and be comfortable in communication. Working in an international context requires a good oral and written level in English.
Here is an example of expected deliverables: analysis and management of user tickets / bugs up to the creation of the corrective JIRA tests of the correction solution and monitoring of the production deployment participation in workshops with other teams analysis and management of incidents implementation of monitoring solutions or control towers monitoring of indicators
