We're supporting a major defence programme and are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Consultant to join a high-profile engagement delivering commercial and procurement expertise within a complex Defense environment.

• Senior Procurement Consultant
• Defence (QDC)
• Home Based with Client Travel Required
• 6-Month Contract
• £650
• £800 per day (Inside IR35)
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across complex defence programmes.
• Deliver strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Support procurement activities relating to MOD Qualifying Defence Contracts (QDCs).
• Identify and implement cost-saving and value-for-money initiatives.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across procurement, commercial, and operational functions.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and defence procurement requirements.
• Significant experience operating as a Senior Procurement Consultant or equivalent.
• Strong understanding and practical experience of MOD Qualifying Defence Contracts (QDCs).
• MCIPS Level 5 qualified (or higher).
• Experience delivering procurement strategies within defence, government, or highly regulated environments.
• Strong commercial, supplier management, tendering, and contract negotiation skills.
