Context
Our client, a large international pharmaceutical group, is looking for a part-time Scrum Master for a product team in charge of a centralized software and data solution for managing biological substances and samples, used by Research. The team has just moved to product mode (tandem Business Owner / Product Owner, solution owners, stream leaders). It needs a guarantor of the Scrum framework to facilitate interactions and evolve towards sustainable self-organization.
Your mission
Conditions
- Lead Scrum rituals (Sprint Planning, Daily, Backlog Refinement, Review, Retrospective)
- Facilitate internal communication and with external stakeholders
- Facilitate synchronization between teams to manage dependencies
- Support the team towards self-organization and multidisciplinarity
- Promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation
- Identify and remove internal and external obstacles
- Part-time 50%, on a "régie" basis
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Duration: 3 months renewable (long-term mission)
- Location: Saclay (preferred) or Suresnes, minimum 2 days per week on-site
- Daily rate: according to profile
