We are looking for a Scrum Master for a 3-month renewable mission in Niort.

Context:

As part of the transformation of practices at SSI ASS (Agility and Product Mode), we need a Scrum Master

Main missions

Support for Agile teams

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies:

Sprint Planning

Daily Scrum

Sprint Review

Sprint Retrospective

Ensure compliance with the Scrum framework while adapting it to the context.

Support teams in continuously improving their operations.

Identify and remove obstacles blocking the progress of work.

Facilitate collaboration among team members.

6-month mission

• Ensure the role of Scrum Master with the MRH team
• Strengthen the Agile maturity of the team
• Facilitate interactions between teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery practices.
• Promote the adoption of Agile principles within the organization.
