Senior Advisor Channel Strategy and Implementation

Project overview

The assignment concerns the further development and implementation of P-Direkt's channel strategy within the Leave customer journey and other customer journeys.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Concretize and refine the channel strategy and associated principles
• Execute a pilot within the Leave customer journey using Customer Journey Mapping and UX/CX research
• Validate channel and product choices and demonstrate user and organizational value
• Prepare an advice and implementation plan for scaling to other customer journeys
• Guide the phased implementation within Leave and the other customer journeys of P-Direkt
• Monitor and adjust the implementation based on user feedback and data
• WO work and thinking level
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in product management, digital services, and implementation within an Agile environment
• Experience in translating strategy into concrete product and service choices
• Knowledge of customer journeys and user-centric services
• Background in Agile/product management, for example as Product Owner or Product Manager
• Skill in stakeholder management within a complex environment
