Senior Art Director (Pharma)

Project overview

Our agency client is looking for a Senior Art Director to join their team. This will be 6+ months to fte, 40 hours per week and remote. Pharma, biotech and/or healthcare experience is needed. You'll lead breakthrough campaigns, elevate creative standards, and turn complex healthcare innovations into compelling brand experiences. What You'll Do

• Concept and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring big ideas to life.
• Establish and maintain exceptional visual standards across all creative work.
• Present and sell creative concepts to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor junior creatives and help build a collaborative, high-performing culture. What You'll Bring
• 5+ years of art direction experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• A portfolio showcasing outstanding work across multiple channels.
• Healthcare, pharma, biotech, or medical device experience preferred. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
