Senior Auditor – Audit Service Central Government (ADR) (secondment)

Project overview

As a senior auditor, you contribute to the statutory audit task of the ADR within the Central Government.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Performing financial audits that fall under the statutory audit task of the ADR
• Preparing and executing financial audits
• Auditing financial processes and the accountability for them
• Performing audits at ministries, agencies, and other parts of the Central Government
• Assessing procurement processes for legality and compliance with procurement legislation
• Assessing subsidy files and auditing against the Uniform Subsidy Framework (USK)
• Participating in the assessment of annual accounts of departments and audits at agencies
• University work and thinking level with a completed education in (Registered) Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of recent experience (within the last 7 years) as an auditor with the preparation and execution of financial audits
• Not employed as a civil servant at the ADR for at least the last 4 years
• Full availability during the assignment period, without leave in February and March
• Availability of at least 3 to 4 days per week on location
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) based on screening profiles 11, 12, 13, and 41
• Signing a confidentiality agreement and the Central Government Integrity Statement
